These Terms of Service govern the use of Oakspire Inc’s website and professional technology services. By using our website, requesting information, accepting a proposal, approving a project, signing a service agreement, or making payment, you agree to these terms.
Company Services
Oakspire Inc provides custom computer programming services, including custom software development, web application development, business automation, API integrations, database design, internal dashboards, SaaS product support, e-commerce and payment system integration, cloud hosting support, software testing, cybersecurity support, website development, technical consulting, and ongoing software maintenance.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, project requirements, technical access when applicable, platform credentials when required, approval decisions, content, files, workflow details, data requirements, and documentation needed for service completion.
- Delays in providing required information, access, approvals, or payments may affect project timelines and deliverables.
Scope of Work
Each project is based on an approved estimate, invoice, proposal, service agreement, project scope, or written statement of work. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, updated timelines, or written approval.
Payments
Clients agree to pay all approved charges according to the terms listed on the invoice, proposal, agreement, or payment page. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by Oakspire Inc.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered through email communication, scheduled meetings, written documentation, project management tools, development environments, code repositories, staging links, digital files, testing records, deployment updates, client-approved milestones, and agreed project timelines.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be considered only when the service has not yet started, no discovery, consultation, planning, technical setup, design work, coding, testing, documentation, software configuration, vendor coordination, or administrative work has been performed, and no project-specific expenses have been incurred.
Non-Refundable Services and Costs
Refunds are generally not available for completed services, work already performed, consultation time, discovery, technical planning, UI/UX design, wireframes, code written, testing, documentation, software subscriptions, cloud hosting, domain, API, server costs, contractor fees, vendor costs, professional service fees, custom software files, or delivered digital work.
Digital Deliverables
Digital deliverables such as source code, design files, documentation, dashboards, databases, automation workflows, configuration files, reports, integrations, and deployed software are generally non-refundable once delivered, accessed, deployed, or made available to the client.
